Speed Matte-ish Painting

I used a couple different photos to composite a base, then painted this sucker.

My friend Tyson and I had a fish guy speed painting challenge type deal and this is what popped out of me. Like a baby. Some warped subhuman baby. With gills.

I'm trying to do speed paintings for the next while. The goblin further down and this one are my first products.
