I leave for Austin, TX on Friday for an art internship. I'm terrified. Despite my paralyzing fear, I'm actually pretty eager to get out of Utah. Belay that. I am VERY eager. It will be nice to -forget- the mess that is my life for a while.

That being said, what I will miss are these two idiots:




Yes, I will miss my very stupid dogs while I am gone. Stupidity is a great trait for a dog, though it hasn't been such a great one for me.

Planetstorm Card Illustrations

These are illustrations for Planetstorm. I usually was tasked to create a "Marker Sketch" illustration for each card description, which would then be colored by my art director. Therefore, these are not final cards, but the part I did. I got to design the aliens for the whole game though, which was pretty sweet.

Duels Outfits

I think its ok to post all of this.

These are some of the better outfits I've done for Challenge Online Games. Basically I make a whole outfit piece by piece over a template, then those items are used in this game: www.duels.com. I design armor, weapons, and costumes, in short. I really enjoy it.

Red Moon

I have never seen such a beautiful moonset. Moonset... is that a word? Well it was the moon setting, and it looked like this, except it looked good in real life. No, that is not the sun. The apocalypse is nigh, I suppose.

Speed painting, 1 hour, don't judge me. Doesn't he just look determined and resolute though? To hell and back.


Also, I penciled a made up Wolverine comic page like a year ago just for fun. He's no Hugh Jackman or anything, but just pretend. Wolverine is uglier in the comics, right? Also, there are some serious issues with value balance and general composition... So it goes.

I'm leaving for an internship in Austin, TX on the 18th. I'll be working as an artist at Challenge Online Games, who I've been freelancing for, and will be living out of a hotel room for the rest of the summer. Good thing I love hotels.
